X UP
The X-Up belongs to the Family One and because of that most of the release comes from the middle of the board, the nose rocker is very smooth to help get into the waves more so on a windy day, it also helps to get more drive from the front part of the board.
The nose has little extra width and thickness to help catch waves, the tail is a little wider to help glide better and get more forward drive on the mushier, fat waves.
On the bottom, the X-Up has a smooth vee on the nose area going to flat than concave and vee of the tail, the concave has smooth curves and not very deep to help change the rail, not tracking and sticking the board on the wave.
Size of the waves that should perform best for this model is head high to double over head.
