PROTOSTAR
The PROTOSTAR is the latest addition to FAMILY 4, and it takes some characteristics of the ZANY, but has a wider nose for easier wave catching and surfing in smaller waves. The PROTOSTAR is built to perform in small waves to head high. Most of the area is forward from center. With less volume in the tail, the control from the tail is much more focused. Imagine flying through flat sections, but then when a fast section approaches, being able to control your manuevers with a high level of precision. The lateral and longitudal curves of the bottom were designed to give you heaps of drive down the line with better control through the turns. Great for beach breaks or broken up lines at a point break.
